If you cancel your PMU appointment with over 7 days notice you will receive a full refund, if you cancel within 7 days of your appointment start time you will be charged the full price of your appointment.

If you cancel your Eyelash appointment with more then 48 hours notice you will get a full refund, if you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment start time you will be charged the full price of your appointment.
